Creamy hazelnut cheesecake

Cheesecake recipe without baking. No need to bake, only to cool for some hours. Due to the peanut butter it is sure to like by everybody. Select good quality cheese and pay attention to whipping 🙂 like my was a bit ugly but delicious. However, success was not left out so far,I have praise for the taste, of course 🙂

Ingredients:

  • 50 g chocholate biscuit
  • 125 g melted butter 
  • 2 tsp gelatin powder
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 375 g soft cream-cheese
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 250 ml cream/hulala
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 250 g hazelnut cream 

Break the biscuit to crumby and mix with the melted butter. Lay out this mixture smoothly in a clip cake form (diameter 25 cm) then put into the fridge for one hour in order so the butter can go cold and the biscuit basis can get solid. Put the gelatin with the water into a small Jena glass bowl then mix clean-boled over steam, Mix the sugar and cream-cheese with a mixer. Add the vanilla extract and gelatin and mix some more. In a new bowl work out the cream to be foamy and add to the cheese cream.

Smear half of the cream on the biscuit base, with spoon dispense small doses of hazelnut cream onto then smear the other half of the cheese cream as well. Put it back in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Slightly melt the remaining hazelnut cream and spoon on top of the cake, then mix in any pattern in the upper layer, using knife-point.
