Fruity Ricotta bell

It makes a good appearance, easy to make, this is the fruity ricotta bell. And of course tasty too.

Ingredients:

  • 3 strudel pastry 
  • 3 tbsp melted butter 
  • a handful of cherry or sour-cherry (could fresh or bottled fruit) 
  • 300 g ricotta 
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract 
  • 100 g dark chocolate 
  • a pinch of cinnamon 
  • 50 g sugar

Mix the cinnamon with half of the sugar. Put a layer of pastry onto the working surface, besmear with melted butter then sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar. Now put on and repeat this procedure with the rest of two layers of pastry. Cut in 6 equal pieces and line the muffin forms well with them. Put into the 180 °C preheated oven and bake 10-12 minutes while they gets golden brown. Meanwhile mix the ricotta with the rest of the sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract and finally rasp the chocolate too. When the bells are cooled spoon in the filling and put some cherry on the top.
