Baked trout

At the weekend, based on a sudden idea, we fried salmon filet with my dear friends, unfortunately no any photo was taken so because of this and because the food was clever. So as the salmon was a success, next day I bought trout which I prepared for the following night for dinner. The day before I fried sprinkled the spices on it, let it stand for a day in the fridge and just fried after. It goes without saying, I promised myself I have to eat much more fish. And you too, since fish is delicious and healthy!

Ingredients for 2 person:

  • 2 trout in whole, ready to fry
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • thyme, best is the fresh
  • salt, pepper
  • olive oil
  • sliced almond, fried
Baked trout

First before anything, remove the fish scale from the trouts and on one side, this is going to be the top, cut the meat at least three places. In and out smear with salt, pepper and put 1-1 half garlic and 1-1 half lemon into the stomach. In and out sprinkle with thyme. Wring the other
half of lemon onto and sprinkle 1 spoon oil per fish. I have applied the spices the day before fried and let it rest in the fridge. Preheat the oven to 200 C and fry for 20 minutes. Consume with salad. I recommend eating with fried almond slices, pretty much enhances the tastes.
