Calzone with spinach and meatloaf

Ingredients:

  • 250 g minced meat
  • 250 g peeled canned tomato
  • 1 midsized onion
  • 300 g baby spinach
  • 400 g pizza pasta
  • 250 g mozzarella
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 1 coffee spoon pepper
  • 1 table spoon of red paprika
  • some chopped chili (optional)
  • olive oil

Spice the meat (salt, pepper, red paprika), then form same sized meat balls which you roast on each side on pre heated oil. When finished, put the balls aside and parch the onion on some pre heated oil, put back the meat balls, add the tomato and cook for 10 more minutes, until the sauce gets thicker (if it is too thick, add some juice from the canned tomato or tomato souce). In the meantime prepare the spinach, in bigger bowl heat 1dl water and cook for 2-3 minutes. If you bought frozen spinach, just make it as they write on the packaging. Through a colander, push out the moisture. In a bowl mix the tomato meat balls with the spinach and the diced mozzarella cheese. It’s worth to cree a bit the balls with a fork.
