Seared seasoned chicken wings
In my opinion only some people can stand against the crispy, seasoned chicken wings, especially where there is dip too. So here is the recipe.
Ingredients:
- 0,5 kg chicken wings
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp mustrad powder or mustrad seed, crushed
- a pinch of salt, sugar
- some oil
- Worcestershire sauce
for the dip:
- a handful of olives
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2-3 pcs tomato
- 80 g concentrated tomato
- 2 threas fresh basil
- freshly grounded pepper
- one red chili, pitted, chopped
- salt
Wash the wings thoroughly and cut them along the joints. If you like, use the end of the wings or feed your cat with it. Extensively season with the mentioned spices both sides of the wings. Preheat the oven to 200C. Bake in pan, on some oil for 45 minutes or until it gets nicely brown.
Meanwhile make the dip too. Firstly chop the garlic and crush the olives. Remove the basil leaves of the thread and tear the big leaves to smaller pieces. Heat oil in a pan to fry the garlic. Add the remaining ingredients, boil it and serve while hot.
