Apple salad with pumpkin

Ingredients for the salad:

  • 500 g pumpkin
  • olive oil, salt, pepper
  • 0,5 dl balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 apples
  • 100 g blue cheese
  • salad

for the dressing:

  • 2 table spoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 table spoon lemon’s juice
  • 6 table spoon of olive oil

Get the seeds out of the pumpkin, cut it to thin slices, put into a baking pan which you slightly spread with oil first, sprinkle some salt and pepper onto and push the pan into the 200C preheated oven. After 5 minutes baking, glaze the top with a mixture of balsamic vinegar&sugar. Bake until it get soft.
Parallel we make the dressing too, for this you just have to mix the mentioned ingredients, vinegar with lemon’s juice than finally with the oil. Put the baked but cooled pumpkins onto/between its own leaves, put the cut apples next to it and grind the cheese to the top, at the end pour on /sprinkle the dressing.
