Raspberry chia seed oatmeal

So simple and healthy breakfast.

Ingredients (serving 2):

  • 250 g raspberry
  • 200 ml milk
  • 6 tsp chia seed
  • 100 g oatmeal with dried fruits

Shuffle the chia seed with the milk and put into the fridge for at least 2 hours. Mix the raspberry in a blender. Take out the chia seed of the fridge and spoon the ingredients into a 2dl glass in layers.

Hint: prepare in a buckled glass, so you can quickly take out from the fridge in the morning and bring with yourself.
